Our Continuum of Support
We facilitate connection circles wherever young people gather: after school organizations, schools, and in the community.
Connection circles nurture resilience practices, create connection through shared understanding and experiences, and cultivate nonviolent conflict resolution skills.
Youth participants co-lead the consistent structure of circles, including guiding check-in questions, shared storytelling, reflection questions, mindfulness/movement activities, and closing.
Youth share in upholding the community agreements of the circle and resolving conflict within the circle.

Youth Centered Hope & Healing
We support resilient young people to cultivate safety, dignity, and belonging for themselves, their families, and their community.
We facilitate community conferences as a diversion from prosecution. Community conferences center
- Give everyone involved in and affected by an incident an opportunity to talk to one another and to develop together an agreement to repair the harm and make the situation better.
- Centers the person impacted and their needs to repair the harm and make the situation better.
- Holds youth accountable directly to the people impacted and facilitates repair through connection and learning.
- Focuses on what happened, who was impacted and how, what their needs are to repair and make the situation better, how to prevent that type of harm from happening again by understanding the roots of it
Successful completion of agreement results in dismissal or dropping of delinquency charges.
Youth-Centered Hope & Healing Through Community, Connection, And Resilience.

Our Youth Ombudsperson engages and elevates the needs, experiences, and vision of young people in our community to transform systems.
We believe every young person can thrive when they have meaningful access to the right supports and services; are connected to the right people, places, and activities for their development; and are treated equitably - fairly and with dignity.
Our Hope Pipeline Project supports young people create pathways away from and through the juvenile justice system. Our educational advocate, employment specialist, and peer specialist circle up with young people to create access, connection, and equitable treatment.
Restorative response engages young people in resilience practices to restore their relationship with self, others, and reconnect to their unconditionally valuable place in our community.
Our resilience navigators partner with young people who have experienced disconnection from community due to incarceration, baker act, foster care, homelessness, and/or school exclusion.
